At COOFANDY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
